The Webyan platform is a digital platform specialized in empowering associations, civil society organizations, and the non-profit sector by providing technical solutions for building websites and dynamic dashboards that enhance governance and transparency. By using the platform, you acknowledge your full agreement to these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and Raneen Development for Business Services Company, the platform operator.

User Obligations

The user is obligated to use the platform in compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The user pledges not to misuse the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the data they enter through the platform.
The user must maintain the confidentiality of their login information (username and password) and not share it with any other party.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform, including (text, designs, software, source code, images, trademarks, and logos), is owned by Raneen Development for Business Services Company and protected by intellectual property rights laws.
No part of the platform's content may be copied, reused, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from the platform's management.

Limitations of Liability

While the Webian platform strives to provide its services with the highest levels of efficiency and reliability, it is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or service interruptions beyond its control.
The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use its services.
The platform may contain links to external websites, and Webian is not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

Amendments and Updates

Webian reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the platform after the posting of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Subscriptions and Services

Some platform services (such as packages and additional features) are available for specific fees based on technical and financial offers.
The customer is obligated to pay the fees according to the agreed-upon period, and the platform may suspend the service in the event of non-payment.

Termination of Use

Webian has the right to terminate or suspend any user's account if they violate the Terms and Conditions or misuse the Platform.
The user may request the suspension of the Service based on procedures agreed upon with the Platform's management.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising therefrom.
